A patch card features a multi-colored piece of a player's jersey patch embedded directly in the card. Unlike a standard jersey card that might have a plain swatch of single-color fabric, patch cards show off the good stuff — team logos, numbers, letters, and other distinctive jersey elements with multiple colors.
Sometimes the patches are game-used, sometimes they're event-worn. Either way, a multi-color patch is always more visually striking and more valuable than a plain jersey swatch. If you pull a patch card with a clean, recognizable piece of the logo or number, that's a premium hit.
